What areas does the Stone Forest World Natural Heritage Site include?
The Stone Forest World Natural Heritage Site includes the core area and the buffering area.
Covering 120 square kilometers, the core area mainly refers to the Stone Forest Resort (excluding Changhu Lake and Dadieshui Waterfall), and it is the authentic world natural heritage site.
The buffering zone, covering 230 square kilometers, is the periphery of the core area; it functions as the transitional and protective zone.
