There are five aspects, which are:
(1)-To make general policy, according to which the heritage protection is written into the overall planning;
(2)-To set up institutes which are responsible for protecting, conserving and exhibiting heritages;
(3)-To develop scientific and technological research, and make feasible measures so as to resist threats, if any, to the heritages;
(4)-To make relevant legal, scientific, technological, administrative and fiscal measures for the confirmation, protection, conservation, exhibition and restoration of a heritage;
(5)-To facilitate the establishment of training centres for protection, conservation and exhibition of cultural and natural heritages, and encourage relevant scientific research.
